LS Intranet: Clear Prioritization of Tasks
Many events occur every day in SafeDox Adaptive Case Management: from approving a business trip request to leaving a comment on a Help Desk ticket. All these messages are important but do not always require immediate attention. Indeed, every notification in an e-mail or push message prevents us from focusing on work. That's why we at SafeDox categorize events: we send messages about important ones to the mail or UniBot Personal Assistant & Corporate Chatbot. While the rest of them can be viewed in the «bell» on your LS Intranet Internal Corporate Portal.
Now we've taken it one step further by adding the ability to see information about active tasks in real-time. We believe that this significantly increases executive discipline. As soon as the User enters the Portal, they immediately see the number of active tasks in their case management system.
Let's imagine a Sales Manager received a new assignment from a Supervisor. Information about this task is immediately displayed in the Manager's inbox so they can immediately get to work. At the same time, less important comments on contracts or issues that can be resolved later are displayed in the «bell» on the Portal. Thus, the Manager will be able to focus on important tasks without being distracted by minor issues.
Another example is an Office Administrator providing support to Clients and Employees in the office. They can, for example, receive notifications about new orders for stationery or requests for repair of office equipment. All these tasks are real-time displayed on the LS Intranet Portal. This way, the Office Administrator will be able to quickly respond to priority tasks and effectively allocate their resources to work on the remaining tasks.
Another case is the HR Manager responsible for the adaptation of new Employees. All active tasks related to the onboarding process, such as induction training or workplace preparation, are real-time displayed on the Portal. That is how the HR Manager monitors the process of adaptation of new Employees without unnecessary distractions.
In short, the new LS Intranet functionality significantly increases work efficiency and executive discipline. As not only does it include notifications about events, but also real-time information about active tasks. From now on, each User can instantly find out what tasks and when exactly – right now or later – need their attention. This allows Users to better plan their working time and increase their own productivity.
