The Client, JSC «Ukrnafta», is the largest oil production Сompany in Ukraine, with an extensive manufacturing structure and the country’s biggest network of single-brand petrol stations. More than 5,000 Company Employees use LS Intranet Internal Corporate Portal. Therefore, it is essential for the Client that the system remains stable, secure, and convenient for daily operations.

The task

For a considerable time, the Client had been using a previous version of LS Intranet Internal Corporate Portal. While reliable, this solution was based on outdated Microsoft technologies, support for which had ceased. This created security risks and limited the portal's future development.

It was necessary to modernize the system: i.e., migrate to a new technological environment, preserve functionality and data, and ensure ongoing stability.

Centralized access is provided to all corporate services and policies. Data security is guaranteed thanks to the latest encryption and authorization standards.

Monitoring the updated digital environment has delivered pleasing results for all parties. The Client’s Employees are now able to locate the information they need more quickly.
