Our patience has been rewarded! Now, the Artificial Intelligence agents in UniBot Personal Assistant & Corporate Chatbot can analyze and summarize, answer questions, and rewrite massive amounts of data found on the Internet and in your Microsoft 365 OneDrive. You just copy a link to a website or a file in your cloud storage and provide it to the Bot, adding a task to do. Then all the work is done by AI-UniBot!

The plugin for Internet access allows AI-UniBot to retrieve text from web pages, indexing it for storage in a buffer (temporary storage). It is important to note that the plugin works only with publicly available data. So that information security and privacy cannot be compromised in any way.

The document parsing plugin allows AI-UniBot to work with files that the User adds during the conversation. We taught our Bot to «understand» various office formats i.e. docx, pdf, pptx, xlsx, and images. Downloaded files are indexed and stored in temporary semantic storage. So that the bot can quickly provide answers to questions using data from these documents.

Let's consider several business cases in which these new capabilities will be useful. The first example is a Company that works daily with a large number of documents stored in the OneDrive cloud storage. By simply uploading the files into the dialogue with the Bot, Employees will quickly receive answers to their questions based on information from these documents. This significantly reduces the load on each Person dealing with big data. As of now, you don't need either to re-read and view files on your own or – even worse – copy and paste them in parts into the dialogue with AI-UniBot for analysis. 

Another example is a Company that uses our AI-UniBot to do research about Competitors. Employees can provide the Bot with links to web pages with public information about Companies they are interested in, and the Bot will quickly collect and analyze the data. So, based on current knowledge, the management will quickly make key decisions that are important for strategic planning.

Another case concerns the Communications Dept, whose Employees are quite often obliged to study large volumes of documents, usually from several different sources of information, in order to write thorough materials based on that knowledge. Now, AI-UniBot will deal with the study of data from primary sources, as well as the creation of quality text based on such data. All the Bot needs is to receive a list of relevant links, as well as a corresponding task. The Bot will quickly collect the necessary information and process it according to the wishes of the Communication Person.
