LS Intranet: Services for Employees

We make your digital eco-system as convenient, up-to-date, and fast as possible! Recently, we added the Catalog of services to the Personal Cabinet of LS Intranet Internal Corporate Portal. This way your Employees can quickly and easily submit their requests – from leaves or business trips to coordinating work shifts or submitting reports. In the same place, they can view the status of the submitted requests as well.

It is effortless to do: the User enters the Personal Profile on the Portal, clicks the Requests button, then Submit a Request and selects the preferred service. Your Administrator in the administrative panel can create, supplement, or change this Catalog with any specific services your business needs. After filling out, the User submits the request. Now it is automatically stored in the corporate SharePoint or sent either to SafeDox Adaptive Case Management or another docflow system of the Company. You can view the status of the submitted request right here, in the LS Intranet Personal Cabinet.

The cases of this functionality application in business are quite diverse. For example, in a large Financial Company, Employees can apply for training and professional development through the Portal. And immediately find out at what stage of pending this request is – this way, communication with the HR dept is significantly simplified.

Here's another example: In an IT company, Employees can request the purchase of new equipment or software through the Portal. This way, your Administrators will learn about the Team's needs as soon as possible and promptly respond to them. The waiting time for the request execution is reduced several times, and the work processes in the Team are not interrupted for a moment.

It is to be noted that we have previously implemented a similar service catalog in UniBot Personal Assistant & Corporate Chatbot. Now Users are able not to switch from one system to another – from the Portal to the Bot – to cover their work needs. The more convenient, the faster, we are convinced!
