AI-UniBot: AI Agents are Now Available in the Web Interface

The AI agents of AI-UniBot Personal Assistant & Corporate Chatbot are now available in the web interface to significantly expand the possibilities of using this tool. Since its first version, UniBot has actively used the capabilities of the Microsoft Bot Framework to provide multi-channeling and integration with Microsoft 365 Teams. This allows Users to communicate with bots through various messengers and interact with them as efficiently as possible in the familiar Teams corporate environment. In addition, this approach made it possible to combine all communications in a single place. This way access to information has always been very convenient – through your favorite messenger such as Viber and/or Telegram. And this way the time to receive the necessary answers from the bot was reduced. But now the time has come for even more progressive solutions.

Analyzing the experience of implementing AI projects, we realized that we’d want to provide our Clients with a wider choice in software use. Although the habits of Users are different, we still strive to make our apps convenient for everyone. That's why we developed a new UniBot v2 | AI-UniBot interface – now as a regular web app. Customers can use it directly from the browser or embed it in their familiar and convenient software. That's how our Customers get even more flexibility in choosing tools for work. And the continuity of the processes of each business we cooperate with is ensured.

In the new web interface's first version, all UniBot AI agents are available with 100% of their functionality. It is important to note that this is not a standalone software; AI agents and their plugins have to be configured through an administrative panel familiar to Customers and can be accessed in both interfaces as Teams and the web. This way we made sure that Administrators and Users, who are already used to the current administration system, would find it convenient to perform the necessary settings.

Let's consider several use cases. One of our Customers actively uses their own ERP system and would like to embed an AI consultant in this system to avoid switching between ERP and Teams. Thanks to the new web interface, the Customer integrated AI-UniBot directly into the ERP. As a result, the work of the Employees has been greatly simplified while the efficiency of business processes has been increased.

Our other Customer uses the Google Workspace platform and would like to see the AI assistants in Google Chat. This is possible with the new AI-UniBot web interface as our AI agents can be embedded in any software that supports web apps. This allowed the Customer to integrate bot functionality into the usual Google Workspace environment. Thus, Users got all the capabilities of AI-UniBot, wasting no time and effort on mastering new digital products.
