Task
The amount of information about the variety of drugs that YURiA-PHARM Medical Representatives have to operate with is enormous and is constantly growing. Consequently, the Company Brand Managers’ tasks became more complicated: they had to quickly fill in the corporate database and promptly consult Medical Representatives, providing them with up-to-date and comprehensive information about the assortment. To ensure this information is always of high quality and accessible 24/7, YURiA-PHARM implemented an innovative solution: AI-UniBot Personal Assistant & Corporate Chatbot based on the ChatGPT Artificial Intelligence platform.
Solution
AI-UniBot is an intelligent chatbot that provides YURiA-PHARM Employees instant consultations on any of the Company's products. It serves as a reliable assistant for Medical Representatives, providing them with up-to-date information in real time. This knowledge is necessary both for effective work with Doctors and pharmacies, as well as for high-quality service to other Clients. An additional significant advantage of using AI-UniBot is also freeing up the time of Brand Managers, who can now focus on developing materials and strategies for products.
How it works
The Customer's Brand Managers, responsible for filling the corporate knowledge base, and the Medical Representatives, who use this knowledge in their work, share a common digital space with data. This data is managed and controlled by AI-UniBot.
The Brand Managers' task is to keep their part of the UniBot knowledge base up-to-date. For this, they use familiar tools: SharePoint folders, where they collect useful documents in docx, pptx, xslx, pdf formats, as well as images, audio, and even video recordings of specialized training sessions and webinars.
The task of AI-UniBot is to automatically extract data from these files, analyzing and updating this knowledge base 24/7.
The Medical Representatives' task is to address their questions not to the Brand Manager but to AI-UniBot. Thus, at any time of the day, anywhere in the world, they instantly receive comprehensive, detailed information, with references to the data sources (texts, images, videos, even diagrams) that were used to formulate the answer.
