The LS Intranet Internal Corporate Portal now has an updated publication editor interface with an improved version of LS Intranet Copilot Artificial Intelligence. The first version of AI Copilot for LS Intranet allowed the generating of publication texts and images using two additional buttons in the HTML editor. Now the interface allows the creation of complete publications including text, lead paragraph, title, and illustrations using just one request. In addition, Users can set particular images to be displayed in widgets with a list of news and on the page of the open publication. The ability to automatically generate text and image description translations is especially useful for multilingual portals.

In the updated HTML editor interface of our Portal, the AI generation buttons are located at the top of the publication editor form. This allows you to generate all the elements of the publication at once, not just the main text: i.e. headlines, lead paragraphs, illustrations, and other pieces defined by corporate standards. At the same time, thinking of illustrating long reads, we provided the ability to generate and place images inside the text, between paragraphs or meaningful sections. Simply place the cursor in the desired text segment and use the separate access to LS Intranet Copilot.

Let's imagine a fairly common situation: the Marketing Dept of a large Corporation prepares a weekly digest for all Employees. With the new LS Intranet HTML editor interface, the process of creating a complete publication – including headline, body text, and illustrations – is extremely fast and can be accomplished with the click of a button. The User enters a few important points for the publication, selects the desired template, and the system automatically generates the full text of the publication, adds a lead paragraph, a title, and appropriate illustrations. If a publication needs translation, LS Intranet Copilot also automatically creates versions of the text in the required languages. If it is necessary to add images inside the text, Users can use separate access to LS Intranet Copilot in the editor of the actual text.
